Returns and Exchanges

Myla’s Bags is committed to making your shopping experience a successful one, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unused merchandise for up to 14 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping charges). Proof of purchase or packing slip invoice is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Processing a Return or Exchange with Packing Slip

  • Please use the "Returns" link located in the footer of our website. You do not have to log back into your account to process the return.
  • Fill out this form using the information (order ID, product code, product name) listed on your packing slip.
  • If you are returning the items for EXCHANGE, fill out the "Other Details" section of the return page. Include the style number(s) for the item(s) you would like to receive.
  • Securely pack your item(s) in your original box or another box. Ensure labels are removed if you use the original box.
  • Within 2 business days, you will receive an email notification with all the details you need to return your product.
  • When shipping your item(s) back to us, please use a traceable shipper. We are not responsible if you ship back without tracking and your item(s) are lost in transit.
  • Once we receive and inspect your product,  your will receive a refund for the purchase price of the product(s).

** Return shipping cost is not refundable. 

***All returns must be sent with proper documentation. When processing your return, we will first refund any gift card, store credits and rewards points used, then we will refund any other forms of payment used to place the original order. When processing your exchange, we will first issue you store credit, then a new order will be placed for the exchange. In the event that the item(s) you want in exchange cost more than the original product, you will be billed via PayPal for the balance. In the event the item you want in exchange for your original purchase is not available you will be notified via email and refunded.

Returns or Exchanges without Packing Slip

If you do not have your original RETURN DETAIL form or shipping label, you can still return or exchange your items using one of the options below:

  • Log into your account and locate the order number.   If you did not create an account on our website, please e-mail me with your details so that I can help locate your purchase in our system.
  • Use the "Returns" link located in the footer of our website and follow the steps above.

Gift Cards Return Policy

Online gift vouchers and cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.

Custom Order and Personalized Items Return Policy

All custom ordered items and items personalized are considered final sale. No returns or exchanges accepted. If the item is damaged or lost in transit, we ask that you send back your order and we will give you a replacement or your money back.

International Order Returns

We are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges from our international customers.
